BIC and Bournemouth Pavilion offer premier customer experience…Customers are getting premier standard service at the Bournemouth International Centre and Bournemouth Pavilion, according to a recent quality standards assessment. Following a rigorous assessment into the overall customer experience at both venues; from booking a ticket to listening to customer feedback, from making changes to improve service to ensuring customer needs are accommodated, the venues achieved improved ratings in eight areas gaining the Hospitality Assured Premier status with an overall score of 74.9%; higher than the industry average of 72.8% and other industry sectors of 68.9%. Steve Piper, BH Live Director of Venues is especially pleased that improvements to the levels of customer service at the venues have been independently reviewed and recognised. He said: “Delivering a positive customer experience is what we are all about, whether it is selling a ticket to an event or working with an organiser to bring a large event to Bournemouth. How we work with people, conduct ourselves, respond to customer feedback and continue to attract events our customers want to see, sets us apart from other venues as our fantastic assessment reflects.”
